Oakland Walters of Manchester recognized at May 6 Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine ceremony

Oakland Walters of Manchester was recognized with an award at a ceremony held May 6 at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Dr. Walters received the Service to Community Award-Clinical Years award.

Service to Community Award-Clinical Years award is presented fourth-year Geisinger Commonwealth students who have contributed most to their regional community during the clinical years (years three and four) of medical school.

Dr. Walters received his MD from Geisinger Commonwealth on May 7.
