2017 Feb 15

Mike Rotstein of Anaheim has helped lead Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine's Primary Care Progress chapter in its spring 2017 Leadership Series launch. The series was kicked off when the chapter hosted Dr. David Feinberg, president and CEO of Geisinger Health System. Dr. Feinberg discussed his pathway to leadership in a talk entitled, "Inspiration to Lead: A Personal Narrative."

Primary Care Progress is a national organization that brings together an interprofessional community of change makers to transform primary care. The goal of the Geisinger Commonwealth chapter is to connect members of the primary care community and provide health professional trainees with tools for their future careers. As part of its Spring 2017 Leadership Series, Geisinger Commonwealth's Primary Care Progress chapter will offer "Mental Health First Aid" training to the greater community, as well as training in servant leadership and public narrative. These events will be open to the public. Contact pcpattcmc@gmail.com for more information.
